--ng working? Test? Is this thing working?

Ah... there we go. Alright then... SO!

I was sort of kind of thinking again that... that I'd like to start a discussion with the medical staff. Doctors. Those who make fleshlings better.

Or... those who know about them. I mean... so I kind of never showed interest in humans really, let's say I'm bored.

I have a few questions that need answers. That and, I'd like to see if the answers vary or if they're similiar.

Questionable medical background go!

From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
The answers depend on the questions.

WHOO! Time to act dumb!

Date: 2009-09-10 05:52 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
This is very true. Alright, then I'll make sure to ask everyone the same thing.

Maybe worded different but ... whatever.

First question!... are you a doctor?

Date: 2009-09-10 05:53 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
Ja, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with this.

Date: 2009-09-10 05:55 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Oh good! Some people might, I don't know.

Question two...

Question two...

...

...

Oh! What is your main goal in Discedo?

Date: 2009-09-10 05:56 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
I do not have a particular one...

To use my medic abilities to heal...or to hurt, it depends on how I am feeling, ja?

Date: 2009-09-10 05:57 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Wait... hurt? You're a doctor, I thought the point was to make people feel better.

PERFECT SET UP.

Date: 2009-09-10 05:58 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
The healing is not as rewarding as the hurting.

LOL

Date: 2009-09-10 06:03 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
That's... well to say the least that's interesting.

Anyway! ... Question three, how squishy are humans?

[Locked]
Hm, alright, real question three.
I'm looking for a doctor to remove chips. Do you or do you not?

Date: 2009-09-10 06:05 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
Depends on the human.

[Locked]

As long as I am told where they are, I can remove them. It should not be different from removing a sniper bullet.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:09 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Good answer, I like that. Question four! How do you treat a person with a cold?

[Locked]

That's good news. Now let's say I know the general area of it ... in a repl-- robot. Could you still figure it out?

Date: 2009-09-10 06:10 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
By ignoring them until something is seriously wrong. They whine too much otherwise.

[Locked]

If the anatomy is the same...Ja. If not...I have scalpels.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:13 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Question five! If death was the only option to heal a sick patient, would you continue to be a fool and try to save them?

[Locked]

Let's say the anatomy is strikingly similar in some places. You have scalpels? Makes things easier on my part then.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:15 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
No. It would be a waste of time and supplies.

[Locked]

Then ja, it would be simple. I have some medical supplies that I...obtained.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:21 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Question six. Two people are dying, but you only have enough supplies to save one. Would you keep the supplies, or try to save one of the two?

[Locked]

Would you be willing to try to remove a chip?

Date: 2009-09-10 06:28 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
It depends on how useful they are to the team. If one was more useful, then ja, I'd save one. If they were both worthless? They can die.

[Locked]

Ja. I have not had the chance to dissect operate on anything since I got here. I am eager.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:32 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
You're turning out to be one crazy doctor. I like that. Question seven... how long can a human live without food?

[Locked]

This is good news. Probably more for you than it is me. Would you be willing to relocate?

Date: 2009-09-10 06:36 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
It depends on many factors, like their health. The longest in my experience of average health and weight...a little more than 2 months.

[Locked]

As long as I am shown where to go, ja.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:40 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Question eight I guess goes with seven... how long without water?

[Locked]

This day just keeps getting better.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:43 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
That depends on the climate...In a controlled temperature room, it took a little more than 10 days.

[Locked]

So my agreement is good news, ja? There will be no anesthesia...The patients will need to remain conscious the entire operation.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:48 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
... I'm guessing by that statement alone you've found out first hand.

[Locked]

Indeed, now all I have to do is wait for the fog to clear up a bit and show you around. You'll have yourself a patient to work with soon enough.
Edited Date: 2009-09-10 06:48 am (UTC)

Date: 2009-09-10 06:50 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
Ja, that is correct.

[Locked]

Your name, so we can stay in contact? I am just known as Medic.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:58 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Well then. Question nine, how would you deal with an unruly patient?

[Locked]

Name's Dynamo, my good sir. I'll keep your name in a mental note.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:00 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
Tie them down, naturlich.

[Locked]

Dynamo. Easy to remember.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:04 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Hah! We'll do one more question, because ten seems like a good number. Do you get along with your co-workers in the hospital?

[Locked]

Trust me, we'll keep in touch. Nothing bad should come out of this.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:06 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
What co-workers? They decided I was nothing more than a petty thief and there was talk of taking my equipment. So I do not get along with them. I prefer to work alone.

[Locked]

...Should?

Date: 2009-09-10 07:09 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Huh, I was under the impression all the doctors here worked in harmony to heal the sickly humans that walk through their doors.

Oh well, sometimes it's better to work alone. You get things done in a more timely fashion.

[Locked]

Well with chip removals, last I heard, people get sick or powers go all whacked out. Nothing too big.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:13 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
I am much better working alone. And if anyone tries to get their hands on my weapons, there will be blood.

[Locked]

Hm...Interessant. That might be fun, ja?

Date: 2009-09-10 07:17 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Sounds fun. Remind me never to take your things... even though I have no use for them.

[Locked]

It very well could be. All depending on the person.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:18 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
I will not hesitate to attack.

[Locked]

Sehr gut.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:23 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Good, you need to keep your things. How foolish that someone wanted to take them in the first place.

Well, thank you for answering the questions I had at hand.

[Locked]

I'll be keeping in touch with you.

Date: 2009-09-10 07:26 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] shoothimfirst.livejournal.com
Bitte shoen.

[Locked]

Auf weidersehen, Dynamo. Do take care the things hiding in the fog do not kill you.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:31 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] hakai-aniki.livejournal.com
Hmph. At least this isn't a pointless entry... how many times can these humans mention fog?

Date: 2009-09-10 06:33 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
What people won't complain about.

Date: 2009-09-10 08:01 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] hakai-aniki.livejournal.com
If they find it that interesting...

[And a dark chuckle goes here.] Maybe I should find a way to enjoy it, myself.

Date: 2009-09-10 06:37 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] silver-reign.livejournal.com
Perhaps you could use the fog as an advantage. Somehow.

Play tricks on 'em.

Then let me relieve you of that.

Oh boy!

Question one! Are you a real doctor?

voice; SORRY!
